Frank Marrapodi
Frank has recently stepped away from coaching high school lacrosse to focus on building up the Montgomery Youth Lacrosse program. After working as assistant Varsity Lacrosse coach at Princeton Day School for 5 years and helping that program to a winning record every year, Frank then moved on to assist the varsity program at Montgomery High School. While at Montgomery the school became a prominent lacrosse power including winning the Group III state championship in 2007. Frank was named assistant coach of the year in the Bianchi division that year. In Frank’s 5 years at Montgomery the team won 4 Somerset County championships and went to the state championship three times. As a player Frank played at Elmont HS in long island where he achieved all County and All American honors as well as team captain. In College Frank started every game he played at Roanoke College where the team won 3 ODAC championships and he played in the 1988 North South college all star game.
