Turnpike Director of Athletic Performance Kyle Higgins was a lifelong Turnpike player and has now been coaching with us since his playing days were over. Kyle is a certified Speed Trainer and Personal Trainer.
Description: Bringing lacrosse and fitness together to provide an environment where each player will get stronger, faster, and quicker while getting reps and touches through various drills and training.
Who: Boys in grades 5-8 and 9-12 who are intermediate or advanced players. Not for novice players. Players must be proficient in catching and throwing. Open to players from all Clubs, HS’s and town programs
Goal: Get stronger, get quicker, get faster, get more reps, and get more touches
Equipment: Players bring Helmet, Gloves, Shoulder Pads, Elbow Pads, Stick, Mouthguard, and Water
Dates: Tuesday, August 30th
Times: 6:00pm to 7:15pm
Cost: $30 per session.
