Times of Sessions: Six one Hour Sessions
Purpose: To prepare and sharpen your skills for your Spring season
Details: Winter Training sessions will be comprised of 60 minutes of individual skill work (each player will get at least 200 to 300 touches of the ball). Elite Training Sessions focus on building each players individual skills, increasing their lacrosse knowledge, and provides hidden conditioning. Players will be pushed to work hard and maximize their talents! Players are broken up according to grade, size, and ability.
Individual Skill (Midfielders, Attackman, and Defensemen) that will be covered: -Catching and Throwing Techniques and Drills -Ground Ball techniques and Drills -Dodging -Shooting Techniques and Drills -On the Run and Off the Dodge Shooting -Time and Room Shooting -Defensive Footwork -Defensive Checks
